Experience has shown that combining coaching with training significantly increases the application of what has been learned.   For this reason, we are including coaching for all scholars as a key part of the Program.  The coaching provides one-on-one support for scholars to work on their specific learning goals and objectives.  Each scholar will be entitled to six (6) in-between the first and second leadership camps.

Before the beginning of the coaching, scholars will agree with their coaches on three (3) coaching objectives related to their leadership practice. Each session will last an hour and will occur over Skype or other virtual means.  The coaching sessions are guided by the following principles: absolute confidentiality, coachee focused, action-oriented, active listening and accountability.

All coaching provided will be in conformance with the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics for Coaching.
